Creative workflow process

Below is the creative process workflow I use to ensure I deliver high-quality work that exceeds my clients' expectations

  • In this first phase, I arrange an initial meeting to understand your needs and goals for the project. This is the moment for you to share foundational ideas about your brand or product, allowing us to establish a clear starting point from the beginning.

  • Once I understand the basic requirements, I provide you with a detailed budget proposal based on the initial scope of the project. This step is essential before moving forward with research and development phases, as it allows us to agree on the financial and legal terms, ensuring both parties are aligned.

  • Together, we work on creating a complete creative brief that will guide all visual and strategic decisions for the project. This detailed document helps us deeply understand the essence of your brand or product, ensuring that each design element reflects your objectives and values.

  • With the approved brief in place, I begin exploring initial concepts. In this phase of inspiration, I develop moodboards, sketches, and different visual approaches that start shaping the creative direction for your visual identity.

  • Once the final concept is selected, I develop the design in greater detail, creating all the foundational elements of your visual identity, including the logo, color palette, typography, and additional graphics needed for specific applications. This process ensures that each piece aligns perfectly with the approved concept.

  • I present the complete visual identity so that you can see the work in its entirety and provide feedback. This stage ensures your involvement in the process and allows me to make any necessary adjustments, aligning the final design with your expectations and the creative brief.

  • I make the final adjustments based on your feedback to refine all details before the official delivery. Thanks to the detailed brief, the design is aligned with your expectations, minimizing the need for major changes.
    P.S.: For major or additional adjustments that arise at this stage, we will review the budget to cover the extra work and ensure that each aspect is adequately addressed.

  • I deliver all final files in the required formats (digital, print-ready, etc.), organized for easy use.

  • Finally, I offer post-delivery support to resolve any questions and ensure you have all the guidance you need.
